This is the competition rub used to help Harry win the 1st Place USA KCBS Chicken Champion 2012 Team of the Year (TOY) chicken category. Harry had placed third in chicken in the nation in 2010 and continued to refine his chicken rub until he hit the top spot in 2012. This rub is recommended on chicken, turkey, duck, and seafood.

This is the competition rub used to help Harry win 1st Place KCBS Ranchers Reserve Brisket Cup 2010 and 1st Place KCBS Ranchers Reserve Beef Cup 2011. Harry had the unprecedented honor of winning this prestigious national title two years in a row and received a standing ovation at the pitmasters award ceremony in Kansas City. This award winning rub which contains special ingredients such as powdered Shitake mushrooms and Worcestershire powder is recommended on brisket, steaks, hamburgers, tri-tip, and sausage.

SYD Championship Sauce
Blended to perfectly bring out the flavor with your barbecued meats, it has mild heat with complex sweetness and a hint of tanginess. It has been winning BBQ competitions for Harry, other teams, and backyard heroes and is an excellent all-around BBQ sauce. Great for grilling and use it for chicken, ribs, steaks, pork, and seafood. BBQ Classes
This class is geared towards applying competition-style BBQ techniques to your backyard cooking including food safety, meat selection, trimming, recipe injections, rubs, mops, sprays, sauces, temperature control, BBQ chemistry, bark formation, foiling meats, and determining doneness. The class teaches how to overcome G-A-S (Gear Acquisition Syndrome) and will use a variety of smokers, propane grills, gas and ovens with an emphasis on fire controls, temperature management, and wood selection.
In this six-hour class, you will work side-by-side with Harry to smoke, grill, bake, and prepare 20+ different types of meats and sides.
